Get Fit with PlazaACME!

I'm no health or fitness guru. I noticed I'm somehow in good shape and actually losing weight despite eating ungodly amounts of dining hall food and Starbucks. I'm positive doctors would say whatever I'm doing is wrong and probably bad for me somehow, but if aesthetics are all you care about, here's what worked for me:

-I walk everywhere. I try to get at least 20 miles in a week. It's probably the least efficient means of exercising with respect to time, but it's easy on the body and gets you places. I've got every ACME store in downtown Philly photographed as a result of it, so that's a bonus.
-Caffeine. I love coffee and tea, and drink a lot more of it than I'm supposed to. Apparently it boosts your metabolism.
-Watching the calories. I try to keep my breakfast and lunch under 500 calories, which gives me some wiggle room to pig out and eat 3 cupcakes with dinner. Don't judge. They're arguably the only edible thing the dining hall serves.
-Take advantage of that gym. I figure I'm paying for college, so I might as well get the most I can out of it. Drexel's gym is rated the best in Philly and I can use it for free. This is probably the most important part of getting fit. I don't use it as often as I should, but if I did it would probably get me to apex fitness a lot faster than walking.
-Salad. I try to eat at least one a day, with only oil and vinegar as dressing. It's high in nutrients and low in calories. Hopefully that can undo whatever damage the cupcakes and caffeine are doing to me.

There. That'll save you a visit to /fit/. You're welcome.
